I would like a logo for my new business which is a real estate sales agency in Perth Western Australia.

The name of the company is One Percent Realty WA.

The logo needs to be

* Minimal
* Clean & Concise
* Modern Font
* Portray A Professional Image
* Look like an expensive, exclusive company

In regards to colours, I am thinking reds or orange (see orange here https://www.open-property.com.au/) This is not a one of quick job as the winner of this competition will also design our

* Signboard
* Business cards
* Flyers
* Email footer

So you will need to think how to logo will be incorporate into each of these
