I need you to design me an interactive 3D animation that will be used in a sophisticated technology that will aid children with disabilities.

Please find attached reference images of the previous character implemented. The new character does NOT need to be a dog or animal, these references are just to give you an idea of a similar character we have used in the past.

Once we have chosen an initial character we will be looking to continue working with a designer to create a full scope of animations for the character- project value of up to $6000.
