I'm looking to develop a Comprehensive CRM system that caters to the needs of multiple users (in the thousands) and is able to integrate with other existing software and platforms. Key features of this CRM system include:

- Advanced Contact Management: The CRM should be able to manage a large database of contacts efficiently.
- Sales Pipeline Tracking: It should be able to monitor and manage our sales pipeline effectively.
- Customer Support Ticketing: The system should provide a platform for managing and resolving customer support tickets.
