I am looking for a qualified architect with a keen eye for detail to completely overhaul the design of my house's front face. This will be a comprehensive project, including:

- Redesigning the entire facade
- Addition of a porch
- Changing the siding material
- Installation of new windows
- Incorporation of a fresh, vibrant color scheme
- Addition of a balcony

To further enhance the overall design, I also require changes to the current landscaping and the inclusion of architectural elements for a more distinctive look.

The perfect candidate for this project will have significant experience with architectural remodeling and landscape design, a deep understanding of aesthetic principles, and the ability to produce creative, functional designs that reflect my vision. A portfolio of previously completed work would be highly appreciated.
