I'm looking for advice on what software solutions are available for me to accomplish my goals (stated below). I'm not looking to build a platform, but rather use/subscribe to one (or more) existing online platforms that meet my desired needs. I've made this a guaranteed contest so you can indicate your proposed solution and know that I will select the best answer. This is NOT to perform actual work - this is only to give your ideas on existing software that I might be able to use to meet my goals. The solution to this problem might be simple, but I don't want to spend the time to figure it out, which is why I'm posting this.

My Goal: I want to operate a website and help my clients develop online courses. I want each of my clients to have access to an individual portal, where they can manage their courses that I'll be building and adding to their portal. Once the courses are completed, I want to offer them on one integrated page where end users can buy a number of different courses, pay for them in one transaction, and access all of the courses they bought on one subscription page in their own login section. Lastly, the sales will go through my provider and I'll need to take a commission from the sale. I also need the ability for my clients to offer subscription services and allow me to also take a commission from that.
