I need a redesign of our website https://steuerberater-zypern.info

The colors shall remain the same, the layout can be different though. The logo can be adjusted into a more simple one, like just grey.

The new website shall be:
-more modern, you can use a modern template
-contain photos of the Republic of Cyprus to show the connection to Cyprus (please look for license free photos) on each page
-contain a contact form like now which is very well visible on each page
-show our contact details prominent on the website for easy contact
-shall have a Whatsapp contact button on the mobile version
-I want to remove a few menus and add a few new ones, this we can do later
-onsite SEO needs to be done, the loading speed should be very fast
-the links of the subpages shall remain same!
-Wordpress shall be up to date to the latest version, also all plugins
-SSL shall be working fine
-we want to show testimonials on the website, I have attached a few
-we need the cookie acceptance form when entering the website
-language of the website shall be German and English, bilingual! The existing texts shall be translated with AI please into English
-I have attached CMC logo as well which you can use on the website
-I have attached 2 photos of the director Florian Wilk, you can include one of them in black and white
-from the attached PDF document you can take staff photos and include them on the website, you can also use the logos on the first page for the websites homepage regarding the memberships and media presence
-for each page we shall decide together how to arrange the content (in a second step)

Please also include an element with following information on the homepage, ideally with small icon in front of each statement:

We need a new menu called Fachartikel with following submenus:
-Die deutsche Wegzugssteuer.
-Die Entstrickung im deutschen Steuerrecht.
-Ort der Geschäftsleitung
-Die IP Box auf Zypern
-etc. etc.

As a company targeting B2B customers, our primary objectives are to improve user experience, increase website traffic, and generate more leads, and we aim to achieve this through a complete overhaul and redesign of our existing website.

Key Requirements:
- Create a user-friendly interface to improve navigation throughout the site.
- Implement SEO-friendly features that will drive more organic traffic.
- Integrate lead generation tools to capture information from potential customers.

We have established brand guidelines, including a color scheme, that we wish to be incorporated into the redesign. Documents will be provided for visual consistency.

Ideal candidate would have:
- Strong experience in designing and implementing WordPress websites.
- Proven expertise in SEO and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity and comfort with incorporating existing brand guidelines into the website design.
