Before Ravinder was hired, he was sent the job description in addition to a sample account for him to fully understand the job requirements. Out of four tasks, he was only able to complete one, which was the easiest task. Furthermore, he insisted that the other tasks were completed, even when his own screenshot proves otherwise. After given extra time to do the job, I finally gave up and filed a dispute. I offered $15 for the job he completed and he tried to claim the full amount.

Quick work and the job was done as required.

It was an amazing expereince working with Ravinder. The best thing about Ravinder is his promptness and quick reaction time to any tasks I assigned. He was always available for me and did not have any isses whatso ever in communicating deliverables.
