Engineers Akademy developed a Prototype of a Fully Automatic Motion Controller to move a table in Bernouli’s Spiral movement. The Prototype was developed from scratch. Autonics - 2 Axis high speed programmable motion controller – Model: PMC-2HS was used to develop “Bernouli Spiral” motion through a Stepper Motor controlled X-Y Table. A Digital I/O Circuit was developed to feed motion control data to the Motion Controller. A double sided PTH PCB was designed and made for the Digital I/O and allied circuits. Inductive proximity Sensors were used to locate the “Home” position and “End” positions of the X-Y Table. The Sensor Actuator circuit activated a Ardunio UNO card to send digital signal to the motion controller. The motion controller was pre-programmed to have 4 type of ‘Bernouli Spiral” movement which were selectable by rotary switch. The machine was fully automatic.

Engineers Akademy developed a Prototype of a Fully Automatic Motion Controller to move a table in Bernouli’s Spiral movement. The Prototype was developed from scratch. Autonics - 2 Axis high speed programmable motion controller – Model: PMC-2HS was used to develop “Bernouli Spiral” motion through a Stepper Motor controlled X-Y Table. A Digital I/O Circuit was developed to feed motion control data to the Motion Controller. A double sided PTH PCB was designed and made for the Digital I/O and allied circuits. Inductive proximity Sensors were used to locate the “Home” position and “End” positions of the X-Y Table. The Sensor Actuator circuit activated a Ardunio UNO card to send digital signal to the motion controller. The motion controller was pre-programmed to have 4 type of ‘Bernouli Spiral” movement which were selectable by rotary switch. The machine was fully automatic.
