This contractor did not show any evidence that he understood how to format a manuscript for publication in Kindle. Numerous errors were introduced into the manuscript. It took many days, even a week for minor changes, leaving the impression that the contractor was not personally doing the work. The product repeatedly had errors. In the end the freelancer wanted more money to finish the job, said it would be done in 3 days, and two weeks later the product sent was unusable, the table of contents pagination did not match the text, most of the text was in bold, not all chapters/sections started on odd # pages, there were double blank pages in the manuscript, strange symbols were inserted in the lists, there were problems with text flow and blank pages. This freelancer turned my job into a headache and I am still not able to publish the hardcopy of my book.
