I was unhappy with the work done by Nancy. Her written english had gramatical mistakes and the author didn´t grasp the tone of the article. To use the article written by Nancy, I would have had to spend time editing it, which defeats the purpose of paying someone to write the article. In this case I decided not to use the article, and paid a second writer the same fee to complete the job. Nancy then proceeded to take me through the arbitrary process, although I paid a second writer the same fee for completing the job correctly.
