As Is Current EPR platform from Pro India is completely built using Zoho's multiple tools. The components built on various Zoho's tools are strongly integrated with each other to share data and process further. Platform using Zoho forms to collect data from the various end users then structure and curate data. Zoho forms collect wide variety of data formats such as images, dates, etc validated at the interface. Platform has custom logic implemented for data manipulation. Platform has authentication & authorization mechanisms in place for all the user classes Platform has proper access management implemented for all the Zoho accounts classified into multiple categories. Master views are available for each of the data classes. Detailed downloadable reports are generated using the data provided from the client & Pro India. Similar platforms are provided by other companies such as Reckal and EPR connect. Process Extend the existing EPR platform built on Zoho by adding required features using Zoho tools. Modify the platform to allow users to register themselves and create accounts with limited access and actions. Modify the workflows to accept data from multiple classes of clients. Modify the forms to accept required data conditioned on the class of the client. Develop a custom attractive and interactive interface for the workflows to make the processes more interactive using custom build frontend or using Zoho widgets. Develop a feature to export and share or feed the stored data selectively to other platforms. To Be Platform to perform all current functions along with the following functions Allow clients to register to the platform Enter the details required conditioned on the client class. Modify the entered details by a particular client. Proper access management for accounts of the client or their representatives. Selectively share or feed the stored data to other platforms. Platform with a more attractive and interactive interface for all the workflows. Platform tested with dummy clients sending complete dummy data. Platform integrated with the existing 3rd party systems such as Hubspot and Google Workspaces to sync data such as contact details & locations, set reminders & meetings and establish communication through external channels as well.
