Web Developer with mySQL skills

We need a Web Developer with mySQL knowledge to configure our adult personals website. [login to view URL] We are using the following: Sweet Date Theme(ThemeForest) Powered by Buddy Press We had 2,000,000 profiles installed by a third party which resulted in extremely slow performance. Below is the advise from our Server support: Your word-press media library is loading very slow due to problems with the database used for your wordpress installation. Your site databases size is 16GB. You need to check that with your site developer as its an issue with database itself and not something with the server. You will need to optimize your database queries from your web developer. I checked this and when you try search any profile on your site, your databases queries are taking so long time to search that in databases and due to that you are getting this issues. I will suggest you please contact your web developer and ask them to check this.
