Full Time WordPress Developer, SEO, Designers Needed - 8 Hrs Per Day Work

Hello Everybody, We need one developer to work with us as a full time basis (or you can say dedicated) month on month. Initially we will test you couples of weeks how you doing then we will make you work with us for full time basis. Full time means 8 hrs of work per day from Mon to Fri. You have to be smart, adaptive and have a good command on English. You also have to be careful, obedient & dedicated. We track your working hours by screen recording software. Which software you need to install we will let you know clearly and help you to set up in your machine. Our payments is not high enough. So only sole freelancers apply here - who have no problem to work on a bit lower pay. OR who has no job right now but need a job quick they are best fit here. But make sure you serious enough. This is completely 100% working from home, you no need to come or go anywhere. But there is no hard restrictions. If the companies which has substantial low cost per hour basis they also can contact me. Payment is like this - (Note: We pay on hour basis) 1st Month we will pay INR 85 per hour 2nd Month we will pay INR 90 per hour 3rd Month we will pay INR 95 per hour These 3 months you will be in probation/trial period. We will observe your approach and work quality. If all good on this 3 months then from 4th month we will increase your pay anywhere between INR 105 or INR 125 Later on we will decide if we can increase some more after 6 months. And if you qualify for that after 6 months then the amount we both agree (me and you) that will remain same for next 1 yr. You need to have at least 2 yrs + experience. You need to have mid level to high level expertise/knowledge on this - check out below. A. WordPress Knowledge - Themes, Plugins, SEO Plugins, Updates, WP Bakery/VC Composer B. Basic Social Media Knowledge - Posts, Pages, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram C. Some Familiar Experience & Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - Keywords, SEO WP Plugins, Google Analytics Basics, Google My Business Basic Skills Basic D. Knowledge of Editing Photoshop PSD files / templates - PSD files, PDF files, JPEG files - using templates E. Knowledge of English Language - Speak, Write, Read and Understand F.
