Bigwishbox website requirements for admin, branch manager’s, and customer.
Multiple branch websites.
1) Currency Changer
2) Customers can enter website by any of the options, all options should be available to the customer
(delivery area pincode + delivery area name + delivery area city name)
3) Customers can even change the delivery location on the website from the homepage and also any other page of the website (this option should be available on header).
4) Display of category as per branch selected.
Display of products as per branch selected.
5) Filtration option should be available on products eg: option of Sameday/Nextday delivery
Admin can add filtration “CUSTOM field” for new filtration option (backend)
6) Customers can select future delivery date, delivery time as per branch delivery time setting.
(Sameday delivery time Cut-off of each branch)
7) Store manager login through the separate vendor login page, it should not be wp-admin login page.
Admin can forward orders to the store manager to execute it.
Admin should have options to set permission with the store manager.
Admin should have the option to hide the original price of the product to the store manager, admin can offer
product price to store manager to accept it, or to reject the order, and should have a option to ask admin to r. raise the product price also.
Store manager can add a delivery team to the branch, to deliver the orders.
Delivery boy app is required to deliver the order.
Status of each order should be easily tracked by admin, branch manager/vendor or by customer
with an open url [login to view URL] branch manager can mark the delivery by selecting delivery status, and
even share url of courier to track the order online.
8) If Admin has made a payment to the branch manager online/office, record of the payment should
be available for both admin/branch managers. Acknowledgement of payment can be marked by
branch manager.
9) Notification settings: New order, New Payment, Alert on unacknowledged orders/pending orders.
10) Reports on orders, and payments. (Paid orders/unpaid orders) (Payments)
11) Quality performance of each order, and overall performance of the vendor with order feedback on
each order. Complaint of orders, and ticket on order.
