We are a UK-based online travel agency (OTA) serving holidaymakers to hundreds of destinations across the globe. An integral part of our business and sales is on our website which we have recently built on the WordPress platform for flexibility. The initial search (where holidaymakers start by inputting their holiday preferences such as destination, departure airport, departure, date, duration, adults and children) is the start of the booking journey for our customers - we know that this needs to be more flexible, user friendly and suitable for all mobile/tablet devices (responsive). For ease and analysis, the form has been built using Gravity Forms and is in major need of a CSS makeover to make it more user-friendly for our holidaymakers. We have made attempts ourselves to make it pretty by installing the 'Gravity Forms Collapsible Sections' but this isn't enough. Our website, [login to view URL] clearly shows that we are lacking behind our competitors in design and features. We are looking for a talented individual to bring this essential function of our customer journey to life using CSS (maybe some JS). We are wanting to start the customer journey like our competitors do, with a landscape (full-width), responsive, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use search form. Note: The form is already with all data entered built and must stay within the Gravity Forms plugin. We are unable to start a custom build or use an alternative plugin which is why we are appointing a CSS/JS designer which is comfortable in using Gravity Forms and WordPress.
