I am looking for a contractor to replicate my client's simple Wordpress site for their mortgage business. There are currently only just over 20 indexed URLs but additional pages may not have been indexed. This needs to be built using an up-to-date, mobile friendly Wordpress theme that adapts responsively to any computer / device. In replicating this site, it will pay to optimise the loadspeed as you will be aiming for a site load speed in under 3 seconds. The site needs to include a Visual Composer/WP Bakery backend editor (or similar) and the contact forms using Contact form 7 (or similar) as well as the following plugins which are required: RankMath, Wordfence Security, Updraft Plus (backups to be scheduled), Duplicate Page, Insert Headers Footers. The site will also need a blog page with social sharing buttons, Publicize, Mailchimp and [login to view URL] Live Chat. The site needs to look identical to the original however if there are good reasons to adjust / update certain features or elements these recommendations may be considered. I need the SSL and email setup to be configured the same as it is currently. The job is complete when site is tested and pushed live on client's domain. I need this job done quickly too, so if you can't turn this around in a couple of weeks max, please don't apply.
