To add Buddypress member profile photo to each listing in category streams

I'm creating my first WordPress site after taking a WordPress Essential course, so I don't know too much about the technical side of things. I'm almost done building my site but at this point only need a minor tweak.

I'm building a community site which integrates healthy living philosophy into a member-interaction-based website. The "healthy living" on this site encompasses physical health as well as emotional, mental and spiritual health, so the foundation of member-based interactions I designed for this site are entirely based on enrouraging kindness, rapport, enrichment and entertainment among members. And in return, they get what they came here for - be it a better health, a more healthful appearance, more confidence, and above all, friendship and more, or all of the above. And they participate through posting on the site.

I first went to Post / Category at Admin and created lots of "categories", e.g. Mother Nature, Horticulture / Gardening, Film / TV / Art etc etc. Basically, a category is a subject for a post.

Then I use a frontend post submission form plugin (WP User Frontend) for members to submit thier posts. In the form, they have to select a category for the post they're submitting.

Then I add a WP Category widget on the sidebar. When a visitor selects a category from this widget, say Mother Nature, s/he will get a screen that shows a briefing of all

the posts under the Mother Nature category. I call this a "category stream." (I'm not sure if this is the correct term for developer that's why I'm particularly pointing this out.)

Currently, each listing on each category stream shows the post's author (username), date, comment count and view count, but no author's photo. Which is what I want to add to my website - to add each author's profile photo on the left side of each listing. Since only registered members can post and I use buddypress, the photo must be their buddypress profile photo.

There's another tweak I need but it's similar to this one so I'll explain it when we correspond.

I explained in details what my site is about above becasue if my site will grow to a decent size later down the road, I have other ideas I'd like to add to the site and those are much more complexed additions, which would definitely require developer(s) to help me with. And I want to develop a healthy relationship with developer(s) who are not only skillful but also share the same values and intersets as my site so we can work as a productive team.

This site will be semi-for-profit. I'll implement a one-time low membership fee sometime after lauching it to first - keep the members pool as "clean" as possible, second - earning funds to add those more advanced new features I have in mind.

I'm planning to install Paid Membership Pro but I'd need to learn how to set it up first.

I'm not a rich guy but rather an average Joe trying to start all over by creating a new career for myself at middle-age, at the same time, do some good to the world we live in, one that may not be always kind, supportive, and encouraging, or at least not to everyone or to the frequency we'd like it to be.

Please note that I'd also need update and support for at least 6 months for this job. I don't know if this job will need those services but I need that to keep my peace of mind.

In my original post I mentioned there's another tweak I need for my site, and some of you were asking what it is. Here's what it is.

In one of my sidebars there's a Blog widget in it. This widget is from the Visual Sidebar Editor, which is an add-on of WPBakery Visual Composer, both of which came with the theme I purchased.

If I open the Visual Sidebar Editor at backend, you'll see Blog as one of the widgets in the sidebar (screenshot 81). After I click open the Blog editor, you see all the settings available for the Blog widget (screenshots 82 -89). And you'll see that I selected to display all categories of post with most of the post meta. But they do not include author's profile photo. So when they display at frontend, viewers won't see author's profile photo of each post in this Blog widget (left sidebar in screenshot 77). But I want to show author's profile photo of each post in this Blog widget.

Since this is literally the same, in my own concept, as adding author's profile photos to the category stream I described in my original post, except the Blog widget shows all categories as opposed to category stream that shows only one selected category, I'm guessing after author's photos show up in the category stream, they will also automatically show up in this Blog widget.

But I'm not a web developer so if they mean two different tweaks / customizations, then this is the "another tweak" I meant. If they mean the same thing as I guessed, then there's just one tweak.
