I've been in the industry for more than 5 years now and I have handled various admin and marketing tasks. I used to handle my clients social media accounts such as facebook, instagram, youtube, later and linkedin, doing 8-14 posts a day keeping it active and engaging to people. I also have knowledge in boosting, sponsoring and scheduling a post.
In terms of me being a virtual assistant, I have a strong background in calendar and file management. I used to organise 5 calendars, making sure that all appointments are being saved. The tool that I am using in doing this was Outlook and Google Calendar.
I also have a strong background in lead generation through Linkedin, data mining, qualifying leads and setting up appointment through email marketing and cold calling, prospecting potential clients using various marketing tools such as Zillow, hunter, yellow pages and white pages, manta and other marketing platforms for lead generation.
I also do signboards, brochures, flyers, and newsletters that is being published every week. I also have experince in sending bulk emails and sms. I also update the website through a crm. I can also do basic photo editing through canva and I also have knowledge in using Xero.
