I would like to take this opportunity to display my communication skills whilst offering up some background history about myself before you consider my bid. I'm a university student based in the United Kingdom studying for a bachelors (honours) degree in Business Management (with Marketing) - who is an aspiring Virtual Assistant.
I recently discovered this freelance platform, and have decided to use it as a means to gain more experience in my spare time to better my evolving skill set, and thus aid me in my pursuit of becoming a Virtual Assistant on a full-time basis upon graduation.
I am an independent, motivated worker who never rests until the job or task required of me is completed on time, and to the greatest possible quality. I hold several years' experience working in office environments as a general assistant, and am well versed in all contemporary office-based functions including that of;
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel
- Time-efficient data entry
- Creative writing for the purposes of marketing, print and online content e.g. websites
- Task related online/ Internet based research
- Verified bookkeeping
- Efficient copy typing and/or editing
- Accurate transcription from audio-to-text
Within my bid I have included a provisional hourly mark of 5 hours per week, however I can work more or even slightly less hours if required. I look forward to the prospect of working with you.
