CreateSpace File Submission...

CREATESPACE FILE SUBMISSION Need assistance modifying a PDF book file - so that it will be approved by Amazon's CreateSpace, and so that the proofs will be without glitches. Not a big job in itself, but will serve as an audition for bigger jobs in the future. NO NOVICES PLEASE. To apply for this job, you must be VERY adept at the CreateSpace submission process. I have a 400+ page 6x9 book (let's call it Skirvana) composed on MS Word 2016 Mac that contains multiple grouped graphics on virtually every page. For over 10 years, I have saved such Interior files as PDF's, and submitted the PDF's to CreateSpace with never any problem. Now I keep getting a Problem Message that blocks the book from publication and asks that I flatten the transparencies before submission. When I try to flatten the PDF using Acrobat X's PDF Optimizer, I end up with glitches on maybe 20% of the pages. I can only eliminate those glitches by eliminating key graphics elements of the book that have always been approved previously. Same applies to the book's complex Cover. I need help in 3 ways: 1) Modify the Interior and Cover files so they are approved by CSpace - without having to change fundamental graphic elements of the book. 2) Receive a CreateSpace Proof that is actually without glitches. 3) Show me how to configure such submissions in the future, so I don't run into these problems.
