Hi I can develop such plugin to manage country selection in main menu or in sidebar menu. However every browser is a separate system so if you have chosen on one browser it will not work on another browser. However if you selected for one browser then it will work for all tab in same browser. Also there will not be any affect of cache and private window. It will work same way on each browser. You just need to setup once atleast in each browser. It will bwe device independent means you can use that in pc or mobile. I have question for this: 1. How you are managing the country for products?
