I have a server running server 2003. It was working fine until yesterday, now I cannot access internet from it and access via RDP or LAN. THe problem is I cannot use team viewer to allow someone to access it to fix it so need someone to talk me through fix

This is going to involve a phone call, which is frowned upon in Freelancer but is essential to getting the job done.
