Website - Directory for exchanges of houses, chalets, apartments ...

Hello, We are a company from Quebec, a province of Canada that speaks French. We're looking for someone to help us create a directory website, with listings for exchange of home, apartments, chalets, etc. We need a website with a search engine capable of containing 3 fields or 4 fields, of which 2 or 3 first fields are nested (the second depending on the first and the third depending on the second). The last field is another parameter. We want a site in French and in English. The visitor will be able to choose between the two languages. Of course the site must be fully responsive. We want it to be compatible with the latest version of PHP and CMS. No geolocation necessary. The site will also contain a form for the transmission of information and images from customers. We will take care of the posting of the advertisements ourselves. We need someone to do the architecture of the site and integrate the search engine into the template (including personalization of the search fields in French and English). We have the skills to put ads online, add new categories and subcategories, as well as add or modify page content and carry out the day-to-day management of the site. GENERAL SITE ARCHITECTURE HOME PAGE Header / Slider / Site name and subtitle / Search engine / Listing of ads / Footer 1. Header - Company logo and name - Menu: Accueil, A propos, Découvrir le Québec, Infos pratiques, Inscrition, Contact (and more if needed). Clarification: some menus will include sub-menus. Details will be communicated in due course. - Social icons: facebook, Instagram 2. Slider Slider either full width or page width as desired. 3. Site name and subtitle This is text. 4. Search engine We want it to be located either in the lower part of the silder or just below. It includes 3 search fields (with the possibility of 4), the first two being nested (depend range). However, we want the search engine to be able to include 4 fields if necessary, with multiple nesting possible. The caption of the fields will be personalized. 5. Listing ads Before launching the search, we want some ads (number to be defined) to be displayed under the search engine. According to your proposals, we will see if we go towards a “List view” or “Grid view” type display. Once the search has started, we want the list of ads that match to appear below the search engine, at the same time as the slider disappears to give more visibility to the ads (listing). Each ad in the listing contains an image on the left and text fields on the right, with a link to the corresponding page. We will communicate the details of the visual of the listing and the ad pages at a later date. 6. Footer A small menu and a sentence at the bottom of the page will complete the home page of the site. ADS PAGES Each ad will have its own page to present detailed informations and photos of the house, chalet, apartment, etc. We want the images to be presented in a slider with a large image and the others in small format below. The layout and content of the advertisements page will be specified later. IMPORTANT ELEMENTS We will manage the site ourselves, that is to say that advertisers will not put their advertisement online directly, but will go through a form for the transmission of informations. The form will contain a drop-down menu, text fields, radio buttons, multiple choices (checkbox) and validation by checkbox. No automated registration system is expected.
