Website Design - Classifieds

I'm looking for a PSD-HTML designer for my online classifieds site. What is the scope of the work? -Website design with responsive nature in consideration -I will provide a sample behance project (someone else's), which is a real estate design. I need 90% of similar design for me. -Responsive means, every aspect of the site has to be responsive. E.g : When you give an icon, which must be at different sizes to cater for different display devices. Anything important to say other than above points? YES, 200% attention needed at below two points. -Never use jQuery or any other DOM manipulation framework/library. -If you have to implement a nice animation (obviously yes, its web 2.0 era), lets say clicking on an icon to open a text box, you should give me the initial style and the animation completed style (If required an interim style) Why DOM manipulation/jQuery stuffs banned for this project? ReactJS Too much jargon for a designer....? (Dont read these four points below) -Anything you do with jQuery or any other framework will be taken care by ReactJs. -You just have to give the static design. -If animation has to be introduced, feel free to nudge me and give me the animation start design and animation end design. -It's up to me to take care it further But dont bother about ReactJs (if you dont know what is that). Milestones I will create milestones as per the split agreed by you. But I will only release it after the completion of the whole project. If you understood whole above points, please write "agree" in your proposal.
