Pay fast Charges 3.5% for transactions. We run at a 2.5% margin and lower. If a customer decides to use Pay Fast we need the site to add 3.5% to the price and show this charge to the client as Pay Fast. We need the same done for Cash deposits, but at 1% added and displayed. On the check out page we also need an (Accept Terms & Conditions) check box to Finalize Checkout.

Yes I can make a custom checkout like this I can add the extra payfast charges to the main price if user will use payfast. I got your point , if an user will pay using pay fast than the payfast charges like 3.5 would be added to the main price . second one if anyone using payment method cash than 1% extra will be added to the main price and it will shows into the checkout .
