I've been working on the web for two decades so I'm familiar with web design, development, & outsourcing. In early 2000's I began bringing together most of this talent under one "banner/roof" It was created we'd be able to outsource these ongoing skills.
It wasn't a simple task of making funds, this firm needed a 'social conscience' Whilst living in the Philippines a devastating hurricane roared this island archipelago. It was called Typhoon Bopha & many lives were lost.
