I am the owner of

[login to view URL], [login to view URL] and milanproperty.com. I am
currently interested in developing [login to view URL], but depending on
the outcome of this relationship, i am prepared to have you develop
all the websites for me in the space of one year.
But first we start with propertydubai.com.
I would like you to use the current [login to view URL] website (for its
simplicity), [login to view URL] (for its design) and [login to view URL]
(for its search bar, and the way propertylistings are inputed and
automatically uploaded). I want it to be as beautiful as
oryxrealestate.com... but don't worry... im not expecting that much
flash stuff.
The front page, i want it to have the obvious things, being: the typical
links (home, dubai, property listings, contact etc), a nice logo and
text. What i have to emphasise on is that the front page has tohave a large
picture (i will supply you with that) - abit like there is in the
current [login to view URL] website... a search bar like of
domain.com.au.... and very importantly... something similar to the
[login to view URL] flash thing in the middle... its the one where the
property developments can be clicked... it rotates. (cant find the
words to explain it).
The following are services that the website will provide (which i thus
need you to create pages for).
Premium advertising service - this is for the big advertisers
[login to view URL] will provide top advertising opportunities for
property developers. Adverts are fully customisable on the website,
meaning that customers get a lot of choice on their marketing
strategy. Advertisement packages include:
• Front page Banner advert.
• 5-page flash website outlining all information about the development
including hi-res pictures, flash video introduction, interactive
360degree views and text.
• Legal information.
• PDF file download.
• Direct contact information to property developer.
• Enquiry form.
This is where you'd have to make beautiful classy design - for this
service, i would need you everytime a new customer joins... as it all
has to be abit different and creative. for instance in
[login to view URL], in the middle, there is this choice of
developments, once you click, you get to see a number of pages about
the property development with information, pictures etc - what i want
is abit like that. The whole "brochure" would be about 5 pages long.
Now for the launch of the website... i'll provide you with 2 of
these... but as time goes by and new companies join, i'll need you
again to create their "brochures" - thus you'll have an ongoing
relationship with me.
Property Listings: - this i want it to be as user friendly as of Domain.com.au.
Individual property sellers will be able to advertise their properties
on [login to view URL] by filling a simple online form and attaching a
picture. The form automatically uploads thus the service is
instantaneous. A search bar will be available on the website where
buyers can easily search for the property desired. A Sponsored links
will be available where customers can tick to make their listings on
(for example bold, or come first).
I want that the users will then have a login name and password where
they can edit the advert.
And I want that after they fill in their description of the property,
there wil be a PayPal payment form where they can use Visa and stuff.
I then want a user friendly search bar on the front page of
[login to view URL] where users can search for their desired property.
Real Estate Enquiry Transfer:
This is basically a form in the website where buyers can write exactly
what they want, and is then sent to a number of email addresses (to
the real estate agencies).
[login to view URL] Magazine:
The website will publish a monthly online magazine outlining latest
real estate news, interviews and press releases. Customers are free to
advertise their properties in the magazine in the form of Hot Property
articles.
It basically means that i'll need a page where I can write articles
and they get updated.
Other Services:
In order to gain its target daily visits by potential buyers, the
[login to view URL] will provide additional and original services
including:
• Buyer's guide to buying property in Dubai.
• Legal Issues page – including a banner advert by a legal consultant.
• Dubai map.
• Dubai living guide.
