Hi Guys, I am looking for a skilled web designer who can join my team of freelancers for ongoing projects. I currently run a company and am looking to expand my offering so need to take on another web designer. This person should be a specialist in Design but know the limitations of implementation. I do not expect you to write even one line of code but you should understand CSS and HTML and what would be required to implement your designs. For the purpose of this project I would you like you to quote based on a 5 page website and also per hour in USD . A lot of the sites we create are either Wordpress or Static HTML so i'd like to see examples of both. I will need to see direct examples of designs you have create either links to live websites or your portfolio. Please note i have been in this game a long time so any template or stock sites you show me will automatically disqualify you. Also most people don't read full spec so please quote the words 'reading saved my life' in your message to me. if you don't i'll simply delete your quote without taking a second look. Finally you'll need to be able to demonstrate a high level of English - either as your native tongue or through Freelancer Certs. Good luck and thanks for reading
