I Need A "Pizza Builder" Type Product Customizer

Hello, I have a custom ring business, and I need to have a custom product builder made or an existing one adapted to fit my specific product, (Or found if there is an existing app that does this) but I specifically need to let the customer choose multiple choices for one modification question. A simple example of something like what I am looking for is the dominoes pizza builder, where it has a list of ingredients and as you select them they pop up on the pizza. I would like a product builder where I can make PNG's of the different materials that layer on top of the existing ring photo. When the customer is asked what they would like in the ring, they can then select multiple options from a list of available materials, and can select where on the ring they want it, then the picture of that material is overlaid on the ring so the customer can see what it would look like. Other product designers I have found only let the customer choose one option per question, which means I would have far too many questions. The ring can have up to 5 channels, and up to 4 different materials in each channel so I would need 20 questions just for the materials part. The excessive amount of 20 unique questions could be reduced to a manageable 5 questions if the customer was allowed to select multiple answers to the same question.
