Fix up Magento v1 Web site and create mobile web site

We have an existing Magento web site which hasn't been advertised properly for the last few years. We need this bringing up to scratch so that we can advertise it for this Christmas. As such, this work needs to be completed by the end of October 2016. Please do not bid for the project if you can't meet this deadline. The existing web site is at [login to view URL], although the web site works it needs a number of elements fixing on it and a general tidy up.... PayPal PayPal integration; up until a few months ago we were using the free PayPal integration to allow the "checkout with paypal" button on the item pages and the payment via paypal option in the checkout. This stopped working for some reason and we didn't have time to look into it. This needs re enabling and fixing so that it works properly. Reviews: Product reviews on the web site haven't worked for a number of months, we need these fixing so that customers can leave a review on the web site Our facebook and twitter feeds on the homepage of the web site need tidying up / replacing so they fit in better with the design of the site. We need social media buttons adding to the product pages such as this extension: [login to view URL] The layout on the grey "add to cart" box on the product pages needs tidying up so it displays better , see this page as an example: [login to view URL] Any improvements necessary for SEO purposes , page speed etc and a report sending of what you'll change and why. Lastly, we don't currently have a mobile site, so the site needs a responsive mobile theme for mobiles etc. The web site uses a theme from here: [login to view URL] which claims to have added a mobile theme since we bought the template, we can download a copy of the files from our member area on their web site, but we can't seem to find the mobile theme files. So this will either need installing and configuring from the theme packaging or creating from scratch to look like the existing web site.
