Your program requires the following requirements: Part 1 – Develop GUI All controls (components) must have unique descriptive names. Must have a checkbox that ties to an information prompt. Part 2 – Data Validation Combo boxes, Option Buttons, and Checkboxes must interact with at least one Text Field or other control.
