Employee's daily tasks

I work for an electrical company whereby our employees are assigned to different projects everyday. There are about 60 employees we need to have visibility of, seeing what projects or tasks they have been allocated each day. This ensures management can forecast productivity and to ensure critical deadlines are met. Ideally, I want a website that only management has access to (to edit) and schedulers can access (but view only) to see what each employee is allocated everyday. We start the working week on Monday, ends on Sunday. Currently we use a spreadsheet to achieve this, but it is limited. We find that if we share the file on dropbox to our admin staff, there are issues of typos into the cells, or someone would be viewing an out of date version. I have attached a screen shot of this excel file I use. Our employees get fornightly RDO, rostered day off, and they are allocated to 1 of 4 groups, RDOs fall on either a Monday or Friday, we colour code the 4 different RDO: green, purple, blue and yellow. Once an employee is assigned a RDO, he is on that RDO schedule indefinitely. So I would like the site to auto assigned a RDO colour to a tech, and show it on the schedule, without us having to do so. At the moment, I have a different sheet in the excel file for each month, and every month I go in and manually add in the RDO. Also, our employees work on different project, so we want to assigned to them different project, so we can filter our projects and see what those techs are doing each day, and also it makes mass assigning task easier. Also our employees can take sick leave, annual leaves, half days, or they can work an RDO and take it on a different day. It would be good if I can get some kind of summary across all employees to see how many of each days they have taken in the working year. The site would need to be viewed on both a desktop and mobile devices, android and iphones, as this is handy when management are in the field.
