I read the requirements correctly. With your requirement we can solve the problem easily. We can design a simple static website and deploy to AWS S3 as it is static only website. Then the videos also we push to AWS S3 and then through that as your telling it is an selling content, we can create a URL for the source such as videos etc from your site which will be valid for specified time. For example for 1 video we can generate an URL which will be valid for 15 mins. So he can download that video within 15 mins and after that he can't.
