The business is involved in sale and rental of properties (real estate). Usually the company has around 10 properties available at a time (between sales and rentals). So it's not a very heavy website. The website needs to have an 'About' section just to give a short description of the activities of the company, and then need to have the listings of the properties that are currently available for sale and to let (rent). These listings would need to be updated weekly according to the availability movements. The individual property pages would then need to have a detailed property description, all specific details about that property, the price for sale or rental, and an image gallery of that particular property. Sometimes also a video for that property. Also need to have buttons to download all the photos, floor plans and video, so customers can download them to their own computer. Also the map to the Google Maps location of that specific property. Also we would like to have the possibility that clients can connect with us via phone call, e-mail message or directly with a What's App message from the website.
