Build a powerful 1 PAGE startup website / landing page

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me build a powerful startup website. I'd be a 1 page website and I'd like for it to be built on WordPress, as it is one of the most reliable platforms available. User experience is important to me, so I'd also like for my website to be mobile friendly. Finally, I'd like for my website to be integrated with any other services, specifically email. With that being said, I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can take my vision and make it a reality. I am very picky about a clean, powerful design. The initial landing page must introduce the new solution. Designer will find / create appropriate visuals / pictures that evoke a new design - not regular ethernet cables. The company is still in development so specifics are few. We do have plans to add videos. We have published papers and ideally we will have a blog - but that takes time. I will provide more text / illustrations etc. DO NOT copy or replicate the presentation/ideas as your webpage. I have no time for lazy designers with no imagination or communication skills. DO NOT put Q2 2003 anywhere on the site - that is a version of the presentation. Anyone doing this will be blocked. Put in dummy text if required. We want to announce a breakthrough... and explain how it solves problems. This is a simple solution to a very complex problem and webpage visitors must be engaged carefully. Provided concept is black - it could be light as well. I simply had pictures and images that worked with a dark background. The solution must be Parallax.... Each segment must be separated. Designs must not be a simple scrolling page, as each section uncovers just a bit more information. I expect that each section provides focused information and shock that it grabs and holds a visitors imagination and consideration. The bottom contact information will be brief.. Visitors should be able / encouraged to contact us, ask us questions.
