Build an overlaying “chatbot-like” UI frame which can be added on top of existing pages

Looking for an experienced front end developer who can build an overlaying “chatbot-like” UI frame which can be added on top of existing pages. The developer does not need to worry about the backend. Backend communication API is ready and will be provided . Just to get an idea on how the UI shall look like , kindly check out the attached document We will like to build the UI in simple Javascript (no restriction in case you have a better solution) This is the first sprint of multiple subsequent enhancements we will request. Developer has to take care of the following : (i) Prepare a good front end “bar” as shown in the images (ii) Collect and pass the free-text question to the back-end API call (iii) Display the response as per expected mock-up (iv) Collect and pass UserSessionID to the back-end API call (v) Full documentation of the UI and must provide an explanation of the code .
