Authenticated web site

I'm looking for a developer to create this: 1. A web site with a simple home page in HTML 2. A register option with Office 365, Google or alternative Email 3. The registration process must be completed filling a form (I'll give you access to my DB and the fields that must be filled with rules like email format, website format, numbers and so on) 4. A login option for those accounts that are registered and confirmed by my team (The confirmation option should not be developed, I make a flag directly in my DB) 5. Once the registered users are authenticated, an option to create records filling another form (I'll give you access to my DB and the fields that must be filled and the constraints) 6. Another tab for the same authenticated user to search records created by other users and fill a form (I'll give you the database and the fields) that should be related (In the database). I dont need a graphic designer or a database developer, I've those skills already covered by other persons on my team, the website must be developed on ASP.NET Core with MVC (The default site template could be used), everything must be deployed on Azure and using Azure Devops (I'll give you access to my devops "Visual Studio Team Services" account)
