I am getting a lot of bids but it is becoming apparent that no one is reading the specification properly or looking at the functionality of the example site we have referred to in the Job Description.

I have had a long conversation with my potential client, the result of which has changed the brief as follows: -
1) The client now effectively requires a "Functionality Clone" of the website http://www.uberprints.com/
2) Of course the look of the site will need to be adopted to suit my client Branding.
3) Integration at this point will be limited to PayPal only.
4) My client is now open to the Technology that is employed but it must allow for the site to be easily used on Mobile Devices. You should state in your bid clearly what technology you will employ and why?
5) Your bid price should be for the above only.
6) Please include in your Bid Details but not in your actual Bid Price your extra charge for integrating with Facebook and Twitter including setting up the accounts and initial Pages.
Any bid that does not meet the above points will not be considered.
Please note that I refuse to pay any up front payments. I only make payments on results. I have lost money in the past and I will not fall foul of the same experience again.
