build a store (online store/website). DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Hi, I am searching for a professional who will build a store. To build that store it will require both a designer and a developer, but I need somebody who has all in one (development and design) at a high level. My project will probably require more or less 2 weeks to be fully completed. I want to have an online shop, creating a brand, where I will sell different kinds of products under my brand name. All these products will be produced by me. So, I want to create a marketplace with this online shop (my brand), where I will have a catalog of all my products. The website should be simple to use for the consumer, unique, creative, eye-catching and functional. For every device (desktop, mobile phone, tablet...). Payments should be made through that main website and it should accept payments from most of the countries like Russia, China, USA, Georgia, Canada, UK and so on. Please, only contact me if you are interested in this project and top-level professional. I do not want to work with somebody who always does the same and makes all different websites similar, but somebody who is dedicated and creative with the ability to develop an excellent website with excellent design to make it seem unique, simple and professional. Using one of the best website builders such as Wix, Shopify and so on. We will talk about this and chose one that fits the best. Other than the English language, it would be a plus if you know Russian and/or Chinese at a very high level.
