You are going to need to change where your mx records are routing email and go through a type of spam filtering, sandboxing application in the cloud. It will take a few steps, but this is possible. The email will be sent to the service that will read the email and block the email should it be garbage. This will protect you in and out. However you will need to pay a subscription of this service.
