Scrape reddit for usernames

I am looking to scrape Reddit for usernames that have commented on a post.
This should be a simple script that can open up a reddit post URL and then scrape all the usernames that have commented.
Step 1)
Basically go thru a main list of default subs. For example:
- [login to view URL]
- [login to view URL]
I can provide you with main list of subs if you need.
Step 2)
Then scrape all of the current posts listed on the front page of each sub, for example:
- [login to view URL]
- [login to view URL]
Step 3)
Scrape all of the usernames found in every post and save them to a list/.txt file.
Preferably an app you can make in Visual Studio so it runs easily on Windows 10. Bonus points if it can use http/https proxies and is multi-threaded.
So basically I can feed the app [login to view URL] (list of main sub URLs), it then scrapes out the urls of the 100s of posts current on the front page of each sub, then goes into each post URL and scrapes out the usersnames of people who have left a comment. End result should be 1000s of usernames that get saved into a file like usernames.txt.
