Hi I'm creating a website and a mobile app (wesport) that show live video streaming and video on demand of sports events produced by wesport.

I would like to use my pc as a server for the website and possibly for the app for mobile devices, I am looking for an expert to create the server in my computer possibly without spending solts (I only pay the expert to set it on the pc).

Before assigning the job I would like the expert to tell me the power or performance that can reach the server in my PC.
