Visual Basic NFC reader/writer app

Hello,

I want to find freelancer who can make NFC data reader/writer in Visual Basic.

HW:

I have ACR122 NFC Reader and Writer, see tech specs and Application Programming Interface here:

WHAT I NEED:

- basic app without any design with few buttons, text areas and labels programmed in Visual Basic (using Visual Studio 2016+), must work on WIndows 7, WIndows 8, Windows 10

FEATURES OF APP

- app repeatedly check on background if any card is connected on reader, if yes, immediately load data to Label1, if is card empty, Label1 will show "Card is empty"

- Button Write, when pushed app will grab content from textarea and write it to card.

- Button Write data on specific block, when pushed app will grab content from textarea and write it to specific block on card.

- Button Read entire card, when pushed, app will grab content from card, and show it on Label1.

- Button Read data on specific block, when pushed app will grab content from specific block on card, and show it on Label1.

- Button Set Password, when pushed, app will set/encrypt data on card with specific password.

- Button Read password protected data, when pushed, grab password from textarea, and when it match, decrypt data on card

- Button Format CARD, when pushed format all data on card.

- Commented source code, for my purposes
