microstation project setup and Training

We are experts in Autodesk CIVIL3D and have been awarded a new project in Microstation ( we are just basic users) so need to develop our company standards some will be using microstation and some will be using powerdraft which will be used for the project. so we need an Microstation expert who has experience in Admin or project setup. we would also require to have batch plot. things need to be configured: 1. plot style. 2. pen table. 3. set up of work space. 4. Vba code for batch plot. 5. other layer properties. And we need online training (daily 1hr) and support session(total 20hrs) for a period of 1 month.
