Auto Capture Incoming & Outgoing Emails

Needed : .NET program to process emails received and sent from a Microsoft 2003 or above Exchange Server. We have requirement to capture emails that arrive on any Exchange Server and deliver them to a third-party application (our SQL application). The program runs on the Exchange Server monitoring the incoming and outgoing queues. - When an mail is received: o The .MSG file needs to be stored in a folder (customised per installation) which is on the server on the shared location, name = “**Email”, with each recipient (“To:” in the mail, including multiples) having their own folder; o Each recipient folder will have sub-folders of ‘In’ and Out’ in order to store incoming and outgoing emails, in .MSG and .TXT format and attachments (if applicable) need to be stored separately in the same folder – all related documents will of course have their unique Message-id; o For each set of documents (.MSG, .TXT and optional attachment) the following database fields need to be created: - Message-id: MSG*** - To: ***@***.com - From: ***@***.com - Date: DD/MM/YYYY - Subject: xxxxxxxxxx - Folder name: \Server\**Email\”Recipient”\”In” - Status: Unregistered - When an email is sent: o As above, but for “In” use “Out”. This program is used to keep all copies of emails in a database for management control.
