We're launching another bigger internet based startup in Europe, since the CEO position requires a lot of action and bunch of small tasks, we're looking for CEO's assistant.
Job pays well. 2 payment methods (1. salary trough freelancer platform, 2. % of companies equity) salary is more than enough to rent apartment, pay bills, food, etc and to have some money to save, but dividend from equity is what pays super well.
Future assistant must be ready to relocate and travel a lot (seminars, meetings etc.), be available for work even beyond 8 hours per day, filter/answer emails, manage social media profiles, answer phone, manage paperwork, translate, hold meetings and seminars, book plane tickets, etc.
Here are some rules:
-No previous experience needed, but business creativity and intelligence is a must
-From South America (Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico etc.) or Europe. No other continents!
-Female, 25 to 30 years old
-Solid or good looking (unfortunately appearance is very important, I agree that the industry is shallow, but first impression here plays vital role)
-Must be ready to relocate, and travel often
-English language is a must, others are super welcome
-Very responsible and trustworthy. You'll be required to sign NDA contract and keep the corporate secrets for yourself and no one else ever
-A lot of work is done online, so computer and internet knowledge is required
-Nice personality, good behaviour (we're dealing with public, can't afford having drunks, party maniacs, drug addicts etc.)
-and so on
Notice, we know that personal security and safety is very important, before any business relationship is started, you will have several business meetings with CEO, see all his social media accounts and receive his private details-ID so you can check and apply to your local security service-police and will be able to check his details in our embassy in your country.
Have in mind that this job is 100% going to take away 1 year of your life, for the 1st year you won't have too much free time for friends, personal life etc. but at least you'll get compensated well.
