Squarespace webmaster and online marketing admin

I am from the UK and live and work in Dubai I am a Real Estate Agent selling off-plan property in Dubai to investors from all over the world. I deal with all the major developers in Dubai and I advise and assist small to medium sized investors on which properties to buy I have a website which is built using SquareSpace I use Active Campaign as my CRM (deals) and email marketing tool but could use SquareSpace for sending out the eDMs etc My goal with your help is to A. Monetise my data and generate greater ROI from a small marketing budget. B. Increase my personal brand awareness and grow my market share. C. Drive website traffic and influence purchasing decisions with clear call-to-actions. I would like a Personal Webmaster to help with the following 1. Uploading news stories every week – approx. 5 per week 2. Uploading a newsletter/email onto the site that I send to my database once a week. 3. Create one landing page template now and then edit accordingly for each new property launch – approx. 10 per month – The developers' brochure, floor plans and payment plan should be uploaded to squarespace to give visitors the option to view and download - examples available 4. Capture information from new and old contacts who visit the landing pages, the website with required information a. Name, email, telephone number and country 5. Create an eDM template and then amend – for new property launches - to be sent out from either Squarespace or Active Campaign - max one per week – this to be linked to the Landing Page mentioned in 3 above I also need the following if you are able to assist or know someone that can 6. Other possible needs are the updating social media channels with news of launches, my new BPP etc . I have Instagram, facebook, google, linkedin 7. I need all of the above plus looking for new ideas, proactive advice and new marketing suggestions I prefer to agree on a fixed monthly fee to cover 1 to 5 based on the number of edits required – 6 to 7 is a nice to have but not essential at this time I am looking for a responsive, detail orientated pro-active marketing and technical guru to help me grow my online presence I look forward to hearing back from you
