Actually, I've been taking phone calls internationally for quite some time now and I'm a recent VA few months ago for a Real Estate & Airbnb campaign. I consider myself as a motivated and goal oriented person as achieving my goal satisfies me.
Furthermore, I have a massive experience as an Appointment Setter in different campaign, Cold calling in Real Estate, also being advance Customer Support via phone, email, live chat support and etc. Had a prior knowledge using differents tools, VoiP, Excel, Microsoft, Google Sheets, Calender and etc. Can definitely do basic & advance trouble shooting as I was once a Tech-Support Representative.
