Attention: Read Carefully Before Applying We are a German lingerie brand looking for a talented and dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle our customer support emails using pre-defined templates and report data in Excel or Google Sheets. This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. *Replying to all questions is mandatory. **Requirements upon hiring: A valid passport or national ID to confirm your identity, and a signed contract with 2 month notice. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer support emails using pre-written templates or write new emails depending on each situation. 2. Efficiently manage and organize incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests. 3. Accurately input and update customer data into Excel sheets or Google Sheets. 4. Prepare and submit regular reports on email support activity. 5. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 2. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably for an e-commerce or fashion brand. 3.
