Videographer Consultant for Home Studio

I'd like to set up a home video studio where I can invest a little upfront, and then have the ability to shoot and edit on my own time on an ongoing basis.
To that end, I’m looking for a videographer/consultant to come to the house for an hour or so to advise on:
- best locations for shooting
- recommendations for camera, lighting, and related equipment
- recommendations for video software for my home computer
- help me back into a budget - i.e., i can spend tens of thousands on professional quality, and next to nothing for poor quality, but if I had a budget of X, I could get a pretty decent home operation set up
I love the idea of working with a fellow mom entrepreneur and/or a young person trying to build experience/brand, though of course am open to whoever is the right person. And of course there likely will be opportunities for future collaboration, as I may decide to outsource some of the final editing etc.
